I am curious about how you felt about the product as well, but information about the purchasing/custom experience is just as valuable. Poor communication is incredibly tiring, especially if the project is complicated.

The allure of bespoke watchmaking has to be there to justify the extra trouble and cost. I am glad to hear though that it was still a good watch in technical terms.

Met Roland. Seems like an excellent fellow. Watches being serviced or built. The watch makers I talked with were well trained and had worked for a large brand wit operations in Secaucus before going to RGM. Sample dial patterns. Benoit let me use the Rose...

The end of the semester means some tough exams and jury recordings. But in a few weeks when school is over, I'll definitely send an email. I have a number of ideas and I'd love to be able to bring one of them to life.
