I’m curious what criteria you used to curate a collection like this…do you target certain complications/functions, or is it essentially that these are the ones you loved the most (no criteria necessary)? Wear them in best of health.

I think the top row is mostly based on artistic merits of particular watches, although there is some practicality here as well (grey gold Patek and stainless UJ for business travel, Joker for fun occasions, etc.). With the bottom row I was trying to cover... 

Similar year span. I lay a bit ahead + 3. The brands AP, Panerai, Longines, Omega, IWC, JLC, LF, Parmigiani not in your box. In your box, Patek Philippe, Rolex, Chopard, Zenith, Heuer, and a few others. Zenith is i guess your favorite, three watches. Cart... 

AP - had a couple of Oaks in the past, difficult to add anything now due to limited supply. Panerai - I do have three, but these do not make it in my top 12. Longines - it all started for me with a Longines Grande Vitess chrono in 2011, sad not to have it... 

I have the same with the CK859. Next week i planned a look and buy, albeit a kind of grail just announced by B and M. It can be next week i can pick it up. Not decided yet if i trade one of my watches in. A Omega globemaster which is perfect is on stock. ... 

Quick question: is this your only box or do have even more beauties in your current collection?

My favourite of your lot is the Chopard 1963, which is surprising considering my preference for independents. The dial and hands are just outstanding, as is the gigantic movement. If you're going to be displacing some of the twelve, one of those great Zen... 

Agree with you, the black dial Zenith Chronomaster will be the first candidate out of the top 12 box. And yes, Rolex and Patek are difficult to replace given the current market.
