Watchbox becomes majority shareholder in DeBethune
DeBethune have confirmed that WatchBox, the well known pre-owned watch dealer has acquired a majority stake in DeBethune and the deal closed on August 31.
Watchbox is one of the 4 shareholders in DeBethune now.
Conflict of interest will be a key issue to watch for.
Watchbox has actively been a market maker for FPJourne and Moser, the former having seen some serious rise in prices owing to the hype and halo created.
