Watch straps

Oct 22, 2019,11:22 AM

I found a way to condition my leather watch straps.

1 wet a towel in hot water
2 wipe the strap and back of the watch to remove all sweat and salts
3 allow the watch and strap to dry for about 15 mins
4 apply cold cream or face moisturiser without alcohol ( cold creme preferred)
5 massage the creme or moisturiser into the leather
6 allow to dry
7 before wearing again wipe off any excess creme or moisturiser
This will not affect the skin on the wrist and also smell pleasent also keeping the leather strap in good shape.
Cheers

I put Nivea creme inside new shoes if they are not comfortable and might cause blisters.

Obviously, I wait for the creme to dry over night before I put the shoes on in the morning.
