I have the same, mine is from 1992 apparently but no specific provenance it was not used on a prestigious ship. Here-after a few pictures:











And pictures of the movement when I "corked" it for smooth transportation (despite being built to survive sea conditions, they are actually very fragile and I read that the balance should be "corked" before transportation. The idea of shirt collar underwire came out of my wild imagination ! biggrin )





Curious to read about the origins of yours !

... Great specimen you have there. It may take a bit, what with The NBA Finals and all, but I was told this one was destined for a Russian Destroyer. All of the paperwork is in Russian so I had it translated.
