New horizon. Oscillators will be transform the mechanical watch world. The exotic peaces unreachable and mostly sell directly when finished, the tech will be going to more affordable watches so more people can enjoy it. New horizon, also in my direction ,...

The dial in particular does seem stale, rather than a pleasing sort of traditional. I wonder if I am just not at the age where I can appreciate an unremarkable and familiar dial. Frederic Constant is missing out on an opportunity, might as well launch a n... 

Hopefully the sales of this LE would propel FC to spend more on case and dial R+D.

the traditional dial and hands design might be intended to "clash" in an interesting way. Only they don't, in my opinion. The combination merely puzzles me. Cheers Marc

I'm curious though, are these types of escapement fragile compare to conventional ones? Some parts of it look quite thin. I'd have the same concern for others like the GP constant force watch.

I love these sorts of solutions, especially in a traditional dressy watch. Price is great too. What a great technical addition to the field. Ok, what about the emotional side? I suppose it exudes technical poise, but I feel the technology deserves more th... 

Horology will never be the same. It is magnificent to see what FC achieved. About design we all can discuss which direction FC can go. Lucky i am FC made my taste with their new marvel. Sure, it is middle of the road, and it would be nice to see flamboyan... 

The only bad point I would say is the overall "Breguet-like" feeling (hands, dials etc.). To me they should have try to develop their own personality. Apart from that their Perpetual Calendar is the cheapest swiss-made with in-house movement you can find,...

I do wonder if this is a sustainable 'middle ground' between quartz and high horology? But if this is based heavily on simplifying the mechanics and mass-producing high-tech materials for the oscillator, what will stop other companies from creating simila...
