Thanks for sharing this. I have no knowledge of physics beyond what I could learn as an undergrad (or equivalently, I have no knowledge of physics...), but I think it's an accessible exposition of what the actual paper said.
The applications of this idea/discovery -- precision in time measurement increases whenever entropy increases -- still seem unclear though, even assuming correctness. They are also not explaining *how* the increase of one quantity relates to the increase ...
