Horological Meandering

A few years ago a co-worker walked up and said, "here, you can have this". He knew I liked watches and had noticed my DateJust and he had recently bought a Panerai. It is hand wound and runs like a champ, almost to the second. I may put a strap on it and ...  

I really like the details. Lovely 12 and 6 numerals, and the dash of color at the ends of the hours and minutes hands is pleasing and adds legibility. The counterbalance at the tail of the seconds hand is a nice touch as well. A very nice gift. Cheers, Jo...
