the person who shot the photograph as long as it is otherwise not declared and third party can use it explicitly with the approval of the owner (especially for commercial purposes).

I have not posted any pictures yet. If i do post some does that mean that I lose my copyright to my picture. Does Watchposite then own my pictures? Just wanting to know how it works?

This means you are free to post them anywhere else at anytime. The same rights you give facebook instagram etc.
