It's a Kickstarter project
that is really cool. The first meter pendulate and the next 2 showing hours, the 2 meters at the bottom showing minutes. The watch is 19:49. If I change to ramdom so will all the meters running now and then and I have to go back to clock to read the time....
I think what it is
Before the atom clock, your device is used to measure the actual time. I think you can plug in a powered device to keep the actual time, or to set a clock accurate. A science object used by professors.

The company has a few short videos on YouTube showing the clock function. Very interesting and fun to watch! The dials are Bakelite too. I like it!
