Share your thoughts of 2008 and your hopes of 2009 from the watch manufacturer/designer..

Hii,....what is your thoughts of 2008 any near misses (watch that you want but could not have but wanted so much) or hoped that watch manufacture could have design it differently or what is you thought of new material used (carbon, ceramic, DLC or PVD) or big diameter watches or your likes and dislike of watches introduces in 2008 such as Deep Sea, JLC sport model & AP ROO LE too many/too much or independent watch maker/brands.

What do you see the trend for 2009 and beyond? Your thoughts on new models introduced prior to SIHH such as 2009 aquatimer and Piaget chrono steel. Hopes from the watch maker/industry ? Will there be a correction in watch pricing as the prices escalated too high or premuim impose by retailers ? Bubble burst? Recession/world economic downturn & side effect on the watch industry? World peace..................
