The enamel carries it over the top ! This reference with Chinese numerals links JD’s rich history with China 🇨🇳. In general, JD to me is a very interesting brand with lots of historical milestones, especially on automatons ! What year was this version mad... 

I got this in 2005. I saw it at an AD. JD made their watches in limited runs of usually 88 pieces and sometimes in 8 pieces such as mine. Though I remember reading somewhere that for this Chinois Decentree version, only 6 were made.
