Birthyear watch

Dear purists, all of us probably already asked themselves, which watch they miss in their collection. My answer for quite some time now is: Wouldn‘t it be nice to have a watch build (or at least first sold) in the same year, as I was born? The problem now...

1980’s means Rolex, Tudor, Nautilus or Royal Oak. Unless you want to go dress watch.

Yes I do: Stumbled upon it when I wasn’t looking for one. ...

Sports watches and dress watches would both be fine for me.

It shouldn‘t be a small watch, though. So at least 38mm. You‘ve got a very nice one. Congratulations!

tnx

But buying a watch in your birth year that ticks all the boxes is something very special! Picked up this Chopard 16/1860/1 last year and haven’t had any regrets, 7 months later and the honeymoon period is still going strong. Chances are from what I’ve rea...
