For what I know, Sekonda was a Moscow Watch Factory (aka 1-MChZ) branch launched in UK somewhere in the mid 60’s to export russian model abroad. Therefore I don’t see any Sekonda branded watches being issued to the Soviet forces (?)
Would love to add a Majetek issued Strela in my collection though ^^
