There is risk of serious injury with something like this. Smart idea, but robbers won’t understand the concept and will turn more agressive.

I must agree with grigo They will cut your hand off for sure. One thing thieves know is what is valuable and how to get rid of it for the proper price. Better off, not wearing in certain places , wearing a long sleeved shirt, or leave it home altogether.

In my country nobody really has guns apart from police, not that it is difficult to get a license but since it is a safe country most do not feel like there is a reason to have a gun license. I certainly would not want to get into gun fight over a watch.
