...with it.  I have an Orion model from the early 2000's with this movement.  Since then they have established their own design and manufacture capability.  I don't know for sure, but I can guess that they now make their own updated version of the 7001, which was originally an old Peseaux design and must be out of any copyright..  If you look carefully you will see several differences between the Junghans and the Nomos movements

Now it is too late to ask because I already owned Junghans. In your opinion, Nomos is a better made watch? Thanks Sukan

A very apropos question you ask... True, originally the NOMOS caliber alpha started from the base of an ETA 7001, but this is long, long ago... In the meantime, NOMOS has advance and integrated so much of movement-essential techniques and capabilities tha...
