Nomos used to use the ETA 7001 extensively and must have developed a lot of experience...

I don't know for sure, but I can guess that they now make their own updated version of the 7001, which was originally an old Peseaux design and must be out of any copyright.. If you look carefully you will see several differences between the Junghans and the Nomos movements
