the chocolate factory...your polaris was the one i was refering to Nico !
To my eyes, brown dials are tough to warm up to...
...but the Excelsior looks very nice, a vintage dark brown leather look.
I’m trying, but the color that I struggle with most is Salmon...
What is your favorite salmon colored piece, maybe another thread?

It is hard for one to see all of them & you're sure a kid in candy stores. i think if you expand the boundary of 'chronographs' - then well...the GMT Master of yours & the Longines Legend Divers of Bill will be easily in it ;-) Best, mahesh.,

The Auricoste has an interesting bezel. Reminds me of a bottle cap in a way. ) I am quite fond of that Aquastar's dial! Something about the subdial.
