Angelus vintage watches: Dato 12, Datoluxe, and Chronodatoluxe.

Aren't they superb? When I see such marvels, I dream of the day Angelus comes back to us with them, in a modern way. What do you think? Best, Nicolas ...

They are! [nt]

Oh, they are.

I love the calendars with lower moon phase windows... One day any of them will be my only dress watch. Thanks for sharing.

A dial a little bit crowded for my taste.

Something like a 5396G...

Yes! Am I right that the big dates are not smart?

That is, it goes from the 31st to the 32nd unless you hit the pusher? I've long been interested in one of these, and thought that it showing impossible dates would be part of the fun.

You are so picky! ;) [nt]

Wow - great trio

The patina on them is wonderful. Thanks for sharing Cheers JML

Fantastic

The Chrono Datoluxe is my favourite from the trio. Great early example of a split date or big date. Not an easy task to revive it, but Montblanc Minerva has shown there is a small and devoted group for fine traditional chronographs. Less pusher pin adjust...

Such beauties

Came across a datolux in steel that looked very delicious. Would be an interesting proposition if the current company still services these lovely pieces

With great pleasure! [nt]

Any of the three would make my day (and much more actually)

All superb, maybe a slight preference for the Datoluxe. Indeed it is nice to dream they come back one day with a nice proposal in line with the beauty of their history

Again you show the sweets!

I see more and more of Angelus on IG and that is a good thing too. May I ask, what size (approx) are these? 36-38mm thereabouts? Best regards Seeks ps I would love to see a roll call of all the Angelus our friends here owns!

This is too good!

Great condition, especially the bezel where vintage ones would typically have more dinks! This one is probably a couple off mm larger too - my sweet zone! Thanks for sharing!

those lugs are gorgeous...

Any one of them will do even though my heart says all of them 😍
