It has been many, many years since I used them, but you might try Peter Wuischpard. He used to be in FL but is now in PA. His family has worked with watch cases for several generations, and his late father was recommended to me years ago for a custom display back (which I was very happy with -- exactly as requested). I have had some Jubilee and Oyster bracelets restored by him and they turned out great! Turn around time was pretty reasonable, as well as costs. Having said that, I know they also restore cases and dials. It could be worth a shot emailing them your proje...
