I think the community is becoming "woke" on quartz now
Feb 20, 2020,17:14 PM
When the Japanese came, saw and conquered the quartz game, the swiss industry decided that quartz is no good. Now that the market is warming to quartz again, this stigma is being slowly unravelled. My point is, quartz has never been a bad thing, it just got a bad name from "almost killing the swiss watch industry". FYI I think the elegante is a brilliant watch, another masterpiece from FPJ ๐

My oldest wrist-watch is 90 years old. It is a vintage Rolex and recently serviced. I wind it up and it tells the time. Its time-keeping is not that great compared to modern watches but it looks well on my wrist. There are hundreds of thousands of even ol...
