Can’t throw much light on it for you other than it quartz and 40mm but to me wears a little bigger prob 41/42 mm and I hear it’s not suitable for smaller wrists due to the integrated bracelet end links for my wrist size 7.25 it wears perfectly.

Is your second hand aligned? Every one I've seen the second hand is a degree or two off.

Every PRX I've seen the second hand doesn't align with the markings on the dial. I can't tell with your photographs if the second hand is aligned, but the watches I've seen in other photographs and videos have been off by a degree or two. There's only 360...

I've seen a Seiko Grand Quartz from the 1970s that was perfect for 20+ years. I like my second hands very aligned.
