Most of us agree that the word "AUTOMATIC" is redundant on a dial...
But now Hamilton thinks we need to know their new Khaki Pilot watch is "MECHANICAL" 🙄 ...

Perhaps they should consider rebranding to simply "Schaumburg". We can see that it's a watch!

It’s a no date, i am happy that it is without it. I noticed that naked is great. Less is more, and i can not wait till i have a watch with only two hands.

Most writing on the dial doesn't mean much to most people.
Should more companies do what Moser does and leave the dials blank? When I look at my watch it is to get the time, not read print that is so small I can't read it without glasses.
It's not so much about reading and the meaning but more about cluttering the dial unnecessarily.
For example, this new IWC would look so much better with just "Timezoner" on the dial ...
