1 week vacation - how many watches?
With fall school vacations here, I am packing my bag for 1 week away. Trying to figure out, how many watches I „need". My wife not being to helpful here, I am turning to the forum for guidance. Thoughts? C.

Ok, with 2-3 I consider myself normal. One for sports/adveture, one for dinner, +1 for the fun of it, with no special purpose. Ok, anybody wants to name is personal favorite vacation package combo? Thanks, C.
Well...I was being facetious. 14 is a couple too many.
But if you are meeting up with other PuristS you have to have a minimum of 6 (that damn Damjan!). So keep that in mind.
For me....
....as I'm on holiday next week, it's 3. Two Divers and an evening watch. Best, John.
If a vacation in or travel through a different time zone....
....I'd add a GMT to the mix. I also have a modern Tissot Quartz P200 for swimming or anywhere the vintage ones might be compromised. So 3 or 4 for a week sounds about right. Have a great holiday!
Depends on where you are going and with whom!
If visiting a civilised city with family and grown up kids, then 2, 3 or 4 without problem. But if your kids are very young (and you might need to jump at any time to "save" them), or if you go to a humid, hot place or the beach, or an adventure place the...
