As for the hands, I’m not sure. This is not exactly what I would call syringe style… Real syringe style hands are the ones of Patek 5172G or 5224R, or in a certain way the Breguet Type XX ref 3800 (but for a purist this latter is not even exactly syringe)... 

I have to check if I have a pic of the movement… if yes I’ll add it here… 😉
