I sent a PM to "Dualmonitors" and he could reply...
01) He reported that he could not reply to my message received via the WPS PM inbox. The only way he could reply to my PM was via the notification received at his personal email address.
02) It seems that he still has the original problem that he cannot send PM by clicking on target user name and selecting "Send PM".
Help Desk: Can you please check his profile and follow up on matter.
