The short answer is no; you have up to 30 minutes to *edit* a post, but I don't believe you can ever delete it.
If you tell me via PM which post you are referring to, I'll look into it, and if there is a valid reason, I can delete it. (I will not, for instance, if your post was part of a conversation or someone already replied, as that would affect other members' posts as well.)
