Problems Re-Listing old item and Listing new item

Hello.

I am having problems re-listing an item that I listed for sale a couple months ago.  When I click on "My Collection", and then attempt to "edit" and/or "relist", I receive the notice that I will get a verification email.  First, I do not receive the verification email and second, when I then view "My Collection" the listing is indicated as "disabled".

I then decided to create a new listing for the same item.  After filling in the required fields, I receive the notice that I will get a verification email.  As with my attempt to relist, I do not get the verification email and also my listing shows as "disabled".

Can someone offer assistance?  Thank you in advance.
