Hey Mark, of course the amount involved wouldn't have any justification to lawyer up & whether there is any small claims department in the US to file a complaint, I really don't know. I am just angry for the fact as to how scammers can get away so easily. Doesn't the US have any law enforcement office to look into such malfeasance ?

This won't help get you your watch, but it will make the persuit a little less problematic, hopefully. There are 2 companies that are called prestige time, one in NYC with the url prestigetime, and yours with the url prestige-time, based in San Fransisco....
