Be aware of seller tmond41

Be aware of seller going by the handle of tmond41. His actual name is George Coulthard who runs websites www.prestige-time.com & george-watches.com selling new & pre-owned timepiece. This guy scammed me out of USD7500 for a pre-owned SS daytona and totally disappeared after receiving my wire transfer. I am really lost in what I should do and I hope the lesson that I learnt would help forummers here to determine the honesty of any sellers even though they can be a reputable dealer with many references.

Question :

1. Is there any law enforcement authority in the USA that I report about the fraud or perhaps contact for assistance since I have all the details of communication & proof of wire transfer ?

Any useful advice or any suggestion from forummers appreciated.

This won't help get you your watch, but it will make the persuit a little less problematic, hopefully. There are 2 companies that are called prestige time, one in NYC with the url prestigetime, and yours with the url prestige-time, based in San Fransisco....
