I could only put an end to this 2012 flashback with Opus 12. Opus 12 was considered at the very beginning as an intruiging watch. Come one, you are not serious... 27 hands to display the time?
Yes but once again, the magic plays and Opus 12 becomes a fascinating watch when you observe the ballet of the hands.
I believe that Opus 12 is a watch with a true wandering hour system. Why? Because when the hour changes, we really have the feeling that the hours hand start to walk around the dial to find its right position.
Opus 12 was developed in partnership with Centagora (Emmanuel Bouchet). Emmanuel Bouchet brought all his experience to create a watch which would be, despite its complexity, "easy" to produce and reliable.
The fact that several prototypes worked without any problem during the whole fair was a living proof of this clever architecture.
