This reminds me of one of my biggest pet peeves...
...a movie begins...fade in to a shot of the Eiffel Tower, and the text on the screen appears and reads, "Paris, France." Really? I could have sworn it was Paris, Texas. Thanks for letting me know. Shots of the Colosseum and "Rome, Italy" are just as bad : )

It is white between 6 am and 6 pm and then turns black to indicate night time.
I see your point but what is part of the brand name itself
And the other is used by all watchmakers in Glashutte. So it is justified.
