Some SeaQ live photos

 By: shortys home : June 11th, 2019-21:51
Yesterday I spent an very nice day at Glashuette Original and of course I would like to share some visual impressions with you. I‘ll start with the new SeaQ in both sizes, those timepieces I have been very positively surprised with in the metal. But see f...

Thanks for the pics

Not sure about the design. Prices seem to be very high.

Ah, I see now

I was thinking it was all green luninova on the dial with the limited one. The hands are only green.

Thanks Henrik,

for this amazing Pictures. The last one is my favourite one from 2019 novelties. stere

Nice watches but I don't care for the case contour between the lugs, I prefer the area

between the lugs to follow the rest of the watch, not be "squared" off, except on a tank watch of course.

Thank you for this photo set.

I am not yet enamored, but would like to see them on my wrist. The proportions make me think of substantially lesser products from fashion brands. Surely I know that is not GO, I bet the quality is terrific, but I'm not sold on the appearance.

I have a minor grievance with Glashutte Original's design team

 By: jmpTT : June 12th, 2019-09:03
The current design team does not seem to be concerned with the location of the date windows. First, take a look at the modern SeaQ regular date and limited edition against your vintage piece. In the vintage piece, the date window is right on the same (cir...

Nice to hear your thoughts about it

Ultimately I'd need to try them to see how I really feel. I'm still positive about it but I feel the shape, style and genre are a bit close to my Seiko SLA017. Of course it's German luxury (and a different vibe) so I still like it. Did you try it on?

How did it compare to...

Hey Henrik, Thanks for responding I know you're a big fan (or even an ambassador?) for Blancpain. How did it compare to a 3-hander Bathyscaphe on the wrist? For me, the Bathyscaphe didn't sit too well unfortunately, partly due to my wrist size and shape a...

Joe, let me try to describe...

 By: shortys home : June 13th, 2019-01:45
... the Bathyscaphe has a totally different case design and despite the minimal difference in nominal diameter wears a bit larger than the SeaQ PD. The SeaQ has a curved sapphire caseback and sits comfortably on my 17cm wrist, also you have length adjustm...

Thank you

Hi Henrik, That was very informative. Thanks for correcting me on the Spezialist vs SeaQ too. I've admired GO from a distance before but these divers make me a little more interested. It sounds like I need to try them on myself, especially if the Panorama...

Thank you!

Always enjoy and appreciate your posts, Henrik. Unfortunately, although I am a true GO fan, (my first serious watch was a GO--after Tag Heuer) These designs do not work for me at all. The large date is really out of balance for me, and does not work with ...
