I am in love with this rare version. Thank you, Glashutte Original! ...

Wow looks amazing in the flesh...

Your pictures are capturing case detail that was hard to see from official photos. The case really look special compared to the non-Limited addition. Congrats once again on getting this amazing piece I hope you enjoy it.

Thank you. I pounced super quick on it.

In fact, I texted my dealer's personal phone as soon as I saw the post for the model. Then I learned the cost, which I expected to be a good bit higher than it was. Worked out this time

Such a beautiful watch... sigh.

Honestly, none of my photos yet capture the mood of the piece. Maybe this upcoming weekend will allow me some time for good photos.

The mood ... that is what a great watch needs to have.

I like the mood on/of the second picture.

I would say that one captures it best of this set.

Here is one more quick phone pic from earlier. I need to get out my regular camera and try some new ones soon. ...

I can't wait! [nt]

Wow, the first time we really see the case profile.

G.O. really nailed what it means to build an Hommage to ship chronometers. Now if you only could screw off the bezel to set the time... ;-) A wonderful watch. And really good to have you in the club again! Taking a side by side picture one day with the or...

Ordinarily, I never touch a watch on my wrist.

I mean the case, bezel, etc. I will fiddle with various straps and move a piece around, but with this one, I frequently grab the bezel edge and slide my fingers across it. I just love it! I will take better photos to show the bezel in particular. Here is ...

How does Manual winding the watch feel on this one? [nt]

Smooth as expected. Resistance feels normal IMO.

Not too soft, not too firm. The caliber of this watch has always been a rock star. The zero reset and hand alignment mechanism is something I wish every watch movement had ;-)

Thanks for taking the time to share this info. Much appreciated as I am trying to secure one of the remaining 24 pieces if I can :-)

Bummer for me you already took the "07" number ...

It's really my pleasure. Ask away.

 By: MichaelC : September 17th, 2020-12:31
Now, I hope you get into this club! Are you checking with boutiques and or dealers? I submitted (3) numbers of choice without a preference and 07 arrived. I'm thrilled about that.

I was able to connect with Glashutte directly in Switzerland who put me in contact with the North American representative...

The package is great, large box, numerous papers, etc. Very classy.

Well put Count! "Technical tasty tidbits"...

I blame and thank you, Tony, at the same time!

 By: MichaelC : September 17th, 2020-05:23
Naturally, I first learned about the release here. I scanned the images quickly and immediately messaged my dealer. Then I searched the cost and details, while already having one secured. Had I waited at all I might have missed, so thank you from me, darn...

LOL! Sometimes its dangerous to open and read a post😂
