My passion for this German reality dates back to 12 years ago,

exactly on the occasion of BaselWorld 2009: and this is what it all began with!

I was looking for a particular watch, one that only follows one direction: buy!
Something therefore far from fashion and which worthily represented the anniversary that it had to remember.

I remember well the three main photos proposed by GO to present the model, and what a disruptive effect they had on my future choice: a very legible dial, as well as the indications of the perpetual calendar (super! With black dial, they are even more legible than on the white / silver dial), large flame blued hands, a simple case that transmits solidity and a beautiful brown leather bracelet with white stitching.
The size of 44 mm is in keeping with the type of watch, and the not exaggerated thickness (approx. 13 mm) makes it pleasant to wear, with a large crown that does not irritate the wrist.

Nicely, I later found out that unlike GO's other perpetual calendar models, the red leap year hand has the quick jump: the other models they have produced (except the Senator PC with ceramic case, which has the same movement) with the code color indication through a small hole, such as those with the hand of the current production models move more simply by 1/48 of a complete turn every month.

I'm lucky enough to have a well regulated movement: I only correct the time twice a year, in and out the DST, always within a  +/- 1 minute tolerance respect the reference radio controlled clock!

Despite the many years that have passed since its purchase, I often find myself enchanted to stare at the beauty of the whole... as February 28 when, in a few hours, you can admire the dance of the Panorama Date discs: 28, 29, 30, 31, 01 Always a delight!

I Wish you all the best,

massi

I really love this version of GO PC for the same reasons you outlined! I find it current even today!

I am experiencing the same great rate accuracy on mine (see pictures below) ! It is great to see your passion for this one going strong after 12 years. I got mine almost 4 years ago and it still bring me pleasure to wear! ...

I have a nice GO Pano Date Navigator, but just might get lucky enough to find one like yours someday. Too bad they stopped making the Navigator's, they were definitely a favorite for me.

Ceramic

Here is mine PPC, I was hunting this steelversion for a couple of years ago and find a nice example. I send it in for service just to be sure everything was perfect. It runs and work perfect😄 ...
