Did GO make some WG PRG with blue hands?

I just tracked down a PanoRetroGraph WG from an online pre-owned watch dealer with a great price. After I put a new black strap on, I suddenly feel some thing wrong. The color of the min and hr hands is a bit off. They look like glue steel hands, while the sec hand is grey/silver. According to my search online, all I can find is that the WG version has only grey hands, so I wonder if my watch has been modified.

I brought my watch to an GO boutique in Shanghai, and express my concerns. A guy who looks like work in the service department barely looked at it and tell me that my watch is legit, nothing has been changed and they do used to sell it with blue hands. They can accept it for service, and can change the hands for me if I want. Of course, I need to pay.

However, I am doubt about their professionalism, (maybe I should not?) since I cannot find a single WG PRG with blue hands online! So I guess I have to bring this question here, since this is the place I know with most watch aficionados.

Did GO make some WG PRG with blue hands?

(BTW, all watch functions work okay, and I was so excited for what it can do. The starting button for the chronograph is very crisp and smooth, while the flyback and the countdown button feels, I do not know how to put this, carrying more resistance, and I can even feel the gear clutching for starting the countdown from 0(, which chimes at the beginning). Is it norming? Its amplitute is 285 degree, so it is not due for the service, isn't it?)

Thanks for the reading! I will keep it anyway, and blue hands look good, if you ask me...

The answer is easy: the hands of your watch are DISCOLOURED because of the time and humidity, it is a kind of oxidation ( patina ) with time. You can get new hands, but all of the hands will black (grey) again like shown in the pictures! My Panograh has h...

Now, I wish the sec hand builds more patina... I've never been a patina guy, but the blue color is so subtle and I do like it... May I ask you about your Panograph's flyback button? I find mine needs way more pressure to activate comparing to the start/st...

it is always a pleasure to me if I can help a fellow purist! The flyback-function ( and button ) of my Panograph works well, but I have had a fresh factory service 3 years ago when I acquired the watch plus you have the Panoretrograph version... The Servi...

Now your GO looks so fresh. I guess I won't change those hands until they turn orange-ish. Thanks again!
