Devilish question, Tim . . .
. . . as I discovered G O in 2001, and have little knowledge of what came before. There are a few forum participants - Martina & Gerd, Stefan, Bernard, Jocke - that own watches made during the DDR period and just after reunification, so I'll leave it to them to fill in the blanks. The one model of which a few photos exist on my computer are of this chronograph . . .

. . . which happens to be in the collection of one of our forum participants. If only I could remember who owns it!
Cordially, Art
Thanks,

Zhiming, for the detailed info on the senator line. Did not know there was an "older" line available back in the days. Do you happen to know what series GO first came out with? Thanks again in advance!

thanks for the detailed information! I love the chronograph you posted - the hands, roman indexes, and the interesting half-way "coin bezel." Hoping to know more about the brand's history prior to 2001 someday! Best, Tim...
