I'm a little surprised that the movement finishing is so "industrial" once inside the watch. I was expecting better finishing within.

Lack of parts is certainly a concern...
My Panograph was returned from servicing with a number of replaced parts, including the hands, crown, gasket and screws. Some of those parts will inevitably wear, so I imagine even the best maintained watch will eventually need to find its way home to Gla...
