At the risk of offending my AP, UN and perhaps some others...

I do believe the Glashutte Original Chronometer Limited Edition is the greatest watch I have ever owned. I'm not saying it is more enjoyable on the wrist than others, but I have never owned a better timepiece. Wish I wiped it clean before these mobile sho...

Cheers to the GOAT!

This is the first time I’ve seen a shot of that movement on the special edition version. Completely transforms the watch IMO. Interestingly enough, my Duometre UTT shares a few features of your watch, a zero reset for the seconds hand, 2nd time zone minut...

The Duo is a horological whale

No doubt about that! I will work on better movement photos of this watch for a future post.

How about that... MichaelC style for sure.

Do you ever indulge a whiskey or bourbon? I will have to get you some of the icing bullets. As you see, they can have multiple purposes ;-)

Beautiful!

Thank you :-)

I completely get it!

My first nice watch was GO panomatic reserve. I loved it, but at the time felt as a bit of a compromise. It was not a Lange. Many years, and many complicated Langes later, I have come back to GO and what they do with a renewed appreciation. They are unque...

I do love this one. And the feelings are merely regarding watches I have owned.

I almost bought a Richard Lange many years ago. And I flirted with a LNIB Pour le Merite model a few months back. Awesome pieces no doubt.

Beautiful pictures of a great watch.

I can understand why you think so highly of it.

Thank you. It is a wonderful blend of important attributes

The craftsmanship on my sample is impeccable, and the accuracy is honestly within 1 second per day. That certainly justifies "CHRONOMETER" on the dial.

Thanks my Friend.

I need to snap more photos in the Bar. A favorite place to hang out at home ;-)

Just superb, would be hard to improve on this version

The casework of the limited edition is just superb, just takes an already great watch and makes it a touch more special. The date pusher in the case is a quirk. I wonder how much of a technical challenge it would be to move the date adjust to the crown an...

Naturally, I am also interested to see where the line goes.

I wonder if dateless model might ever be released? Perhaps that would be a future LE variant. And will they ever make a non-precious model version? I can envision titanium or brushed steel with Arabic numerals...

Thank you!

Many great features of the watch. And none better than the feel on the wrist.

The weight is just perfect for what the watch is.

The LE? no.

Absolutely!

Don't think I've ever seen it in the flesh and I love the design and almost bought one...

What held me back was the printed dial seemed kinda dead. I wish they'd have made it a bit more 3D with raised numbers or something. I eventually bought the PSM Resilience instead.

The dial is absolutely amazing, and extremely complex to make.

It is a solid gold blank that is laser engraved, filled with black lacquer, kiln fired, and silver plated by hand. It's a work of art, and one of my favorite features of the watch. Quite different than the standard version. But very different than raised ...

Ah. My apologies. Was thinking of the standard version of this watch.

This complex dial treatment seems perhaps even more difficult than an enamel dial. Would love to see one in the flesh.

No apologies needed Sir. It is surely still a flat dial.

But this particular version is extremely unique. I believe it is all hand made at the Glashutte factory. I will work on some detail images and try to better showcase it.
