On Request: The Glashütte Original Senator Tourbillon

Unboxing a watch of this dignity by a regular guy makes it no less respectful. This is maybe not a kind of watch you come near every day. A masterpiece like this is a feast for the eyes. So if you don't figure it out yet so am I talking about the Glashütt...

Wow very nice pictures of a very nice watch!

Thanks. you for taking time to post! It looks like it took a lot effort(I know it would be for me!)

Everyone should own one of these.

Lovely review and photos too. The Senator Tourbillon Chronometer is my preferred tourbillon from Glashutte Original though. I feel that little extra technical innovation makes a huge difference to a jaded enthusiast like me because I can’t forget the glut...

Great review, Jocke. Just one question: Is it a three quarter rotor or a micro rotor?

Nice watch, and I am not a fan of tourbillons... And for once, an automatic movement can also be beautiful! Best, Nicolas

I don't know what the rotor is called

For some reason the plate is called three-quarter plate.

Many thanks for these superb pictures.

Thanks for sharing. Vte

Like the strap, like the layout, with the trademark big date at 12, but…

even with your excellent photography, that is THE most boring looking tourbillon ever executed, with the sole exception of the various Chopard L.U.C. iterations. I see they’ve copied fellow Glashutte neighbours Moritz Grossmann’s use of diamond in the tou...

You Sir, are the Master of Light!

It’s a beautiful watch, the dark dial makes the tourbillion stick out even more. Your photos are fantastic. You must have spent quit some time to set up the composition, sort out light, etc but the results are truly great. Thanks for that.
