It’s OK — but, does the world really need another dive watch?

As a matter of personal taste, I’m not a fan of broad arrow minute hands.  This one doesn’t really move the needle for me.

Wish GO would  bring back the Navigator.

I was looking forward to see GO's take on a divers watch, but I'm not impressed with these ones. I think they need a lot of refinement. The case and bezel could be more maskuline and I don't like the fonts. Too bad.

The blue dial looks sweet

Not the biggest fan of the straight lugs on round cases and its slightly to big for my skinny wrist to so i guess ill admire the parts i like.

Bloody awful!

Killed off the excellent Sport Evolution range six years ago due to the market being overcrowded, only to regurgitate archival rubbish like this — R.I.P. Glashutte Original!

Very nice 👍👍 [nt]

Update on size..

On GO's website you can see there are two size versions: The "SeaQ 1969" and "SeaQ" are just 39.5 mm in diameter and 12.15 mm in height. The "SeaQ Panorama Date" on the other hand is big and very high: 43.2 mm in diameter and a wopping 15.65 mm in height....

Very happy to see GO doing sport again! But---

I dunno about these overly large numerals... and TOO FAT, fat arrow hand (although I do like fat arrow hands on diver Seiko... and others...) it 's just a bit crowded here... I very much appreciate GO drawing on its past... but in this case (unlike Omega ...

An unremarkable entrant that fills a hole in the line

Since I'm not so articulate, I will make my points by comparing to another 2019 re-edition from sister brand Blancpain, the Fifty Fathoms Barakuda. 1) Barakuda was a cult watch and auction darling to begin with, this Glashutte Sports watch was not. (Not a...
