Anybody knows what are the 2 small marks next to Au 750 on the caseback of watches?

And does it always exist? because I ve seen pics on the internet where the caseback doesn't show those marks. My pano has them but I never knew what they meant or stood for. thanks for educating me

Rotating bezel on my Sport Evolution is stuck
