Rotating bezel on my Sport Evolution is stuck

Nov 25, 2018,18:23 PM

I have a Sport Evo PC watch with a rotating bezel with city names to provide a cheap world time function. I rarely rotate it but did a couple of weeks ago with no problem. Yesterday I tried to rotate it but it won't budge. I haven't dropped it or really even worn it much (it was on a wonder most of the month.)

What might cause this and how might I fix it? Not concerned enough to send it for a service since I don't need/care about the function.

Any help is appreciated.

I saw a video on removing bezels from Seiko dive watches. Are the bezels on the Sport Evo also pressure fitted and thus as easy to remove & replace? A bit concerned about using water since it isn't a dive watch and haven't had it checked to make sure it i...

No message body

Unfortunately I live 700 miles from a GO dealer. I know this is a minor problem so I'm hoping someone here has experience

removing bezels from this watch. I was able to easily remove, clean, and replace the rotating bezel from another watch. I assume it is the same for this watch but one never knows.

Sorry I don't know how the bezel is attached

but I guess a watchmaker will pull it off easy for you. IMHO you not need to send it to GO, only if you need some parts.

Nope, it's unidirectional. [nt]
