Beautiful sheen it has. Do you know the process in achieving that? the applied numbers are beautiful! Love the case as well. I remember remarking in the past that it is reminiscent of the Rolex Army from the 40's/50's. Your case here is much more substant... 

I don’t know the specific process but I do know that the YK blue or ultra marine blue is difficult to work with. It has to be done in a way that shows depth of color and still retains that wet look. Too much and it would look tacky. GP got it right 💯 A sh...

Quite honestly, I’d take this over the current heritage deep diver. And this one is more rare too with just 50 made. Thats just me. Even the black military dial is nice. 🤝 ...

The Yves-Klein blue really makes this bird sing. I’m not sure if it’s “better” than the OS blues but this 2598 is certainly more rare as only 50 were made. For the OS, I’d choose the chocolate dial anyway if it came down to it. 🤝

There is a nice black “military” dial and also an ivory dial on c24. Worth checking out I think. 🤝

And this marvel seems to have an enormous wrist presence, too. I have to say, I really like this chronograph line from GP. The dial is truly magnificent. And the fact that there's no date window to spoil the harmony deserves an extra point from me. 😁

There are four cushion case models from GP from 1999-2005 All four lines were limited production. Ref 9012 … I read once that several hundred made. Exact number I do not know. It’s a retrrapante. I do not have it in my collection and not sure if I do or n... 

The blue dial is absolutely gorgeous.
