BTW: this is not a Vintage 45, it is an early Richeville from the late 90ties. They look very similar indeed. The Richeville does not have the curved case, but instead this double bezel which gives it a very nice look on the wrist.
Once this has seen my watchmaker, I will compare it with the Vintage 45, Ref 2593, which is similar but not the same.

Oh, I would love to acquire the original Vintage 45 one day. There is simply nothing on offer and it may be out of reach as well. Is that just a picture you have or do you actually own an original vintage "Vintage 45"?
