The polished bezel to me is the much nicer variant too; usually these come on leather strap, but such of course can be ordered separately. Like with any GP strap, the next GP-authorized dealer might be the way to go.

As for the strap, go to an AD or to any AD, if he's clever , he will help ytou to choose the perfect strap for you, and this way, he'll get a new client or keep an old client... Best. Nicolas
