I’m not showing the watch this time, one who knows should know, the Ferrari Foudroyante comes with an excessively large box, which can store 9 watches! After years of storage under nowhere in cabinet, I picked it out recently, finding that all the interio...

For me this a grail watch for my collection and you have to live in the atmosphere of virtually bespoke servicing. My Breitlings and Omegas are low cost to maintain, but I wanted something very special that I would appreciate - not even a Ferrari fan, mor... 

Haven’t worn it for maybe a year already indeed, just pick it up and wind it a few turns occasionally, make sure it still runs.

Have asked about the service a few years ago, as far as I remember I was quoted for about US$2000 for service back to Swiss, don’t know how the inflation now. But it’s my favorite watch, the best looking GP ever to me, definitely a keeper, just that I pre... 

Service about the same these days....according to indications I got...

I like the heaviness of the watch (only white gold) and the with the heavy deployant helping to buffet any topside movement, but bracelets are the thing for the Summer and Autumn, but roll on the Winter and Spring months (in the Northern hemisphere), then... 

I managed to find a watch maker who was authorised for Omega and Zenith to take a look at the GP

In the end, the watch maker solved its issues and presumably there were no parts required, as the watch circa 2010 and not heavily worn, so you might get away without the full Geneva experience, even if that is less reassuring than the real deal? The watc...
