What can you tell me about this split-second model? I really like it too! Is this a GP base with module, or ETA? I bet this looks pretty sharp on bracelet! Thanks! Doug...

That?s a nice one, but....

... discontinued. If i recall correctly, it came with a Valjoux 7750 base. The only cambered cushion case chronograph (hey, let?s call it "quadruple C" ) is reference 24980 of the Classique Elegance line: It?s not a rattrapante and comes with a movement b...

I appreciate your response! I really don't like the newer one, for whatever reason. I think if i got one, it would be idenitcal to the one i posted, on bracelet. The working of the 7750 means it should last, and the watch oozes class. Do you have a scan o...

 By: Radiomirio : March 18th, 2004-02:14
Hi Doug, That is a very nice watch indeed ! It's the ref 9012 which uses a valjoux 7750 as base movement with a GP rattrapante mechanism added, like Peter wrote. It was available in steel and gold and with black or cream-white dial (the one you depict). T...

thanks for the input, Mark!

I really like this model, and have seen it on bracelet too (not rattapante version). This watch is a stunner, and you are right about the pusher in the crown, it must have taken some serious effort! It really appeals to me in this form, and the 7750 is a ...

Doug, I have one of these beauties A N? 4, what is yours? Mine was built in Feb.2002 and it is a well built rattrapante with the elegant touch of the coaxial button for the split second function. I also enjoy a lot the cushion shape of the case, it looks ...
