I need to send in my Vintage 1945 to have the stem fixed. I have yet to actually ship it from California to the North America service center in Florida. However, the contact there has been quick to answer my emails and questions. I had also reached out to the Canadian service center and they were also helpful in general. I can't tell you yet how their actual service work is....

I have had no issues with their service centre. But all dealt with via the AD. Which skeleton are you interested in? BW, Chi Kai

another question is how durable the ceramic coating is. i don't abuse my watches but i do wear them in a small rotation so they do get a lot of use.

That’s my experience with the brand since 2005. With GP brand withdrew from my country years ago they arranged service pick up for me through well known AD nevertheless. Laureano skeleton is awesome btw👍 Cheers, Ed~
