Both are beautiful but the cushion case is my preferred choice - the minute track reminds me of the Patek Amagnetic 3417 (on my list of my favourite watches) and the case wraps around the strap and wrist

Cushion for me
This has less to do with the case shape and more to do with the continuous case band. I almost always prefer the case band to be one smooth, uninterrupted surface.

The cushion is wow!
But I inherited the round from my grandfather. Gold-filled 14k, I think. Needs a refurb and crown. Any ideas where to send it welcomed… Best E. ...
