Hi folks, I was really intrigued by the Laureato Skeleton when it first came out. I tried on the titanium version but with my small wrists, I felt the integrated white metal case and bracelet made the watch look rather big on me. When the ceramic version ...  

I like more the silver, white, and steel kind of watches. I think Cpt Scarlet have a Laureato skeleton which match my taste fully.

Lots of comparisons to RO skeleton but I think the GP stands its own ground in its design

I have the all ceramic with blued movement. The hardest part about this particular timepiece is choosing which version is best for you! It sounds like the black color and feel are what you are after. For me, I chose the version I did for a variety of reas...  

Stunning watch you have! Really, really beautiful. I think the Laureato skeleton in all its iterations are wonderful and each has its own merits. The ones that sing to me the most (at least at the moment!) are the ones where the dial colour “theme” is the... 

I have no worries about the ceramic. Surely I would not want to drop it on the floor, but I would say the same about any watch I have. Keep us posted!

Whilst I love the look of the ceramic at the moment, the thought of the “longevity” of this look, vs the steel, say 10 years down the line, has crossed my mind. Of course this is all subjective and we all wear what we like, no matter what the prevailing “...

I've had the solid dial version of the black ceramic Laureato for a short time now, and I'm absolutely loving it. It is extremely comfortable on the wrist and does take some getting used to as far as the lightness goes. The contrast of the polished and br...  

I really like the look of the ceramic but durability does bother me. I suppose the horror stories stick to the mind more than the good ones. Quite a few pictures and posts on the internet about shattered cases and parts...... I don’t baby my watches but n... 

Ya, I think everything will be perfectly fine in the vast majority of cases. I think you would have to be very unlucky to shatter the case, and probably won't have any issue at all unless you are very rough with the watch. Hopefully nothing bad would happ... 

The bracelet links are probably the weakest link (excuse the pun here!) here. I have called my AD and asked him to speak with GP to get an idea of the procedure and cost for replacing damaged case and links. This would help inform my purchase decision. BW... 

I sized my bracelet in maybe 10 minutes. Could not be easier with the proper tool. $20 perhaps? I have had it almost 20 years and seriously cannot recall... ...  

What is this tool called Michael? I know what it does but never knew the name. Does it come as size specific for each size of pins? Many thanks, Chi Kai

It is supplied with different size posts and various thickness spacers that sit on the block. You choose the right attachments for the particular bracelet and pin diameter and it is as easy as ... turning a screw

It’s on my list. It’s the best all ceramic for the price!
